TFR Solutions is a Los Angeles NetSuite and AI consulting firm for finance and operations teams. We rescue, support, and optimize NetSuite, help finance teams put Claude and AI to work on their NetSuite data with governance built in, and advise on ERP selection when the platform itself is the question. We work directly with CFOs, controllers, COOs, and IT leaders. We have completed 40+ successful projects.
We are not a large firm that assigns junior consultants to your account. When you work with TFR, you get senior-level expertise from day one. Our NetSuite experience runs from rescuing stalled implementations through advanced optimization, including revenue recognition, multi-subsidiary consolidation, Celigo and MindCloud integrations, and SuiteScript development. On the AI side, we set up Claude with the NetSuite AI Connector Service using scoped roles, read access before write access, and human review on anything that changes the books.
Our approach is process-first. We learn how your business actually operates before we recommend a platform, touch a configuration, or connect an AI tool. That is why our projects stick and why our clients stay. We also support Odoo for smaller companies when it fits.

He specializes in finance operations optimization for mid-market companies and has spoken on AI and finance at Oracle NetSuite's SuiteWorld conference, on a panel alongside Routable CEO Omri Mor.
Background
Before founding TFR Solutions, Teddie worked hands-on with enterprise brands including Snapchat and Allstate, giving him a rare combination of big-company systems thinking and the agility that mid-market companies need from their consultants.
His approach is direct: understand the business first, then recommend the right platform and configure it to match. That philosophy has built a client roster that keeps coming back.
