reduction in order processing time
fully integrated
inventory visibility
Anine Bing's rapid growth had outpaced their NetSuite configuration. What worked at a smaller scale was creating serious bottlenecks as the brand expanded its wholesale business alongside its D2C operation. Order processing was slow, inventory visibility was unreliable, and the operations team was spending too much time manually managing processes that should have been automated.
The core challenge was that the NetSuite instance had been configured for a simpler operating model and never properly updated as the business grew. Wholesale orders required multiple manual touchpoints. Inventory was not syncing reliably between the warehouse and NetSuite. And reporting did not give leadership the visibility they needed to make fast decisions.
We started with a thorough review of the existing configuration, focusing on the areas causing the most operational friction. The wholesale order flow was the most urgent priority, so we rebuilt the order entry and fulfillment workflows to reduce the number of manual steps from seven to two.
For inventory, we implemented a real-time sync between their 3PL system and NetSuite using a MindCloud integration, replacing the twice-daily batch process that was causing inventory discrepancies. We also built a set of saved searches and dashboards that gave the operations team real-time visibility into order status, inventory levels, and fulfillment performance.
