Cost guide
Published 2026 estimates put most US NetSuite consulting between roughly $85 and $250 per hour: independent consultants around $85 to $150, boutique partners around $150 to $250, and Big 4 or global integrators $250 and up, according to KORE1 (August 2026). These are third-party market estimates, not TFR Solutions rates. TFR quotes each engagement in writing.
Hourly rate is the most visible number and the least predictive one. This guide summarises published, dated estimates by provider type, explains what moves the total, and shows how to compare quotes. Every range below is attributed to its source; none of them is a TFR price.

Full implementations are usually priced as projects rather than by the hour. ERP Cost Guide (updated September 23, 2026), citing BrokenRubik (September 2026), puts implementation services at roughly $25,000 to $50,000 for small companies, $50,000 to $150,000 for mid-market, and $150,000 to $500,000 or more for enterprise projects, and notes that Vendr's benchmark runs higher. These figures exclude NetSuite subscription fees.
RSM's implementation cost guide (publication date not stated; retrieved October 14, 2026) estimates 16 to 100 hours for discovery and 150 to 350 consulting hours for configuration and user acceptance testing, roughly $30,000 to $75,000 for that phase, for a typical small to medium business. It also notes that client teams typically spend two to three times as many hours as the implementation team.
| Company size | Estimated implementation services | Source |

| Mid-market | $50,000 to $150,000 | ERP Cost Guide, September 23, 2026 |

| Model | Works best for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Hourly (time and materials) | Small, unclear, or exploratory requests | Overruns, and re-onboarding time billed on every request |
| Fixed fee | Well-defined projects and reviews, such as a health check | Change orders when scope was not written down clearly |
| Monthly retainer | Ongoing administration and steady improvement work | Unused hours and vague definitions of what is included |
We do not publish an hourly rate. After a scoping call we send a written quote for the specific work, as a fixed fee where the scope is clear or a defined retainer for ongoing support. The one fixed price we publish is the AI Action Plan at $5,000 fixed fee.
What you get for the quote: senior consultants doing the work, 8+ years of NetSuite expertise, and no licence resale margin. See our NetSuite services, the NetSuite health check, or the admin support retainer.
Published 2026 estimates put most US NetSuite consulting between about $85 and $250 per hour, with offshore resources lower and Big 4 or global integrators at $250 and up (KORE1, August 2026). These are market estimates, not TFR rates.
ERP Cost Guide (September 2026) estimates implementation services at about $25,000 to $50,000 for small companies, $50,000 to $150,000 for mid-market, and $150,000 to $500,000 or more for enterprise, excluding subscription fees.
Usually per hour. Independent consultants are estimated at about $75 to $175 per hour versus $150 to $300 for large partners (SuitePacific, August 2026). Total cost depends on fit, availability, and how many hours the work really takes.
We quote each engagement in writing after a scoping call rather than publishing an hourly rate. The AI Action Plan is our one published fixed price, at $5,000 fixed fee.
Rates track who carries delivery risk and overhead: a solo consultant, a staffing firm, a boutique team with a methodology, or a global integrator with program governance. Specialisation also moves the rate.
For well-defined work, a fixed fee moves overrun risk to the consultant and makes budgeting easier. For small or unclear requests, hourly or a retainer can be more practical.
Tell us what is not working. We will scope it and put the quote in writing.
