$5,000 Fixed-Fee Assessment
A fixed-fee $5,000 engagement that tells you which of your workflows are genuinely AI candidates, which are process problems wearing an AI costume, and what order to do them in. Most companies buy AI tools before they know either answer. This is the step that prevents that.
A documented baseline of how the work actually happens today, not how the org chart says it happens. A classification of every workflow we review into one of five categories. A sequenced backlog with dependencies mapped. And a written recommendation on which architecture level fits your team today, which is usually lower than what you were sold.
We start with your finance and operations workflows because that is where the measurable time sits: month-end close, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory reconciliation, order-to-cash, and the reporting cycle. We look at the process, the systems, the data, the people, and the tribal knowledge that never got written down. For each workflow we capture how long it takes today and who touches it, so there is a baseline to measure against later.
Two weeks from kickoff. One working session per week plus asynchronous review. We need access to the people who actually do the work, not just the people who manage it.
You own the deliverable. If the right next step is fixing a process or connecting two systems, we will tell you that, and plenty of Action Plans end with no AI spend at all. If there is a real AI opportunity, the backlog is already sequenced and scoped, and we can quote the build from it.
Because the assessment should not be the thing you are worried about the cost of. Five thousand dollars is small enough to be a decision you make in one meeting, and specific enough that you know exactly what you are getting. We would rather find out in two weeks whether we are a fit than sell you a discovery phase that runs on a clock.
No. The method is platform-agnostic and we have applied it on NetSuite, Odoo, and companies still running on spreadsheets. Being ERP-native just means we understand what the workflow is actually doing.
That is a common and completely valid outcome. Most workflows that look like AI opportunities are process problems, integration gaps, or straightforward automation. You still leave with a documented baseline and a sequenced roadmap, which is the more valuable half.
The people who do the work daily, plus whoever owns the process. Usually a controller or accounting manager, an operations lead, and your system administrator. Roughly four to six hours of their time total.
We handle that case by case. Talk to us on the call.
A vendor assessment is a sales instrument and it concludes that you should buy their software. We do not resell AI tooling, so we have no reason to recommend one.
30 minutes. No commitment. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
