NetSuite
NetSuite is the right system for a lot of mid-market companies and the wrong one for some. We deliver on both NetSuite and Odoo, so we have no reason to tell you it is always the answer.
Broadly, companies from roughly $10M to $200M in revenue, particularly with multiple entities, multi-currency requirements, or reporting complexity that has outgrown simpler systems. It handles multi-subsidiary consolidation, revenue recognition, and inventory depth that lighter platforms do not. It is also more expensive to own and more expensive to change, which is the honest tradeoff.
Most of the recovery work we do traces back to the same causes. Requirements gathered from managers rather than from the people who do the work. Configuration decisions made quickly during implementation that are hard to reverse later, particularly around item structure, warehouse model, and costing method. Customization used to paper over a process that should have been fixed. And a partner who staffed the project with junior consultants after selling it with senior ones.
Implementation and consulting for new rollouts. Implementation recovery when a project has stalled or gone live badly. Finance operations optimization to shorten the close and make reporting trustworthy. Celigo and custom integrations for Shopify, 3PL, EDI, and marketplace connections. Ongoing admin support on retainer. And AI enablement once the foundation is solid.
If you have not committed yet, read Odoo vs NetSuite, which includes a 26-row comparison and the revenue bands where each one fits. If you want a structured recommendation rather than an opinion, that is what our assessment work and discovery engagements are for.
Implementation costs vary widely with entity count, integration scope, and data quality. The license is a separate conversation with Oracle. We can give you a defensible range after a discovery conversation rather than a number that is wrong.
Sometimes. At that size you are in the overlap zone where Odoo is also credible. It usually comes down to entity structure and reporting requirements.
Yes, that is a meaningful share of our work. See implementation recovery.
No. We do not carry license resale margin, which means we have no financial reason to recommend NetSuite over anything else.
Yes, including custom scripting, workflow automation, and integrations. We prefer native configuration where it will do the job.
